George and I ditched the kids for a week and drove south. We camped at Doheny State Beach and visited old friends. It was so nice to get away, just the two of us. Our buddy took us sailing around LA harbor on his new sailboat on one amazing day.
One our drive home from Orange County, we found the hub cap to our RV. The previous owner told us when we bought it that he lost it somewhere on the 5 driving north. George spotted it somewhere in the middle of the state, between the north and south bound lanes. It's not the first time he's spotted something like this. He once found a friend's stolen car, abandoned in a parking lot. He's always on the look out.

Great for you guys to get away! When you mentioned the hub cap, I though... "Only George!", and then you mentioned that this isn't the first time he's found something like this. Doesn't surprise me!
