Last weekend, Vincent and I went to L.A. for a few days. We got to spend the whole weekend with Sheryl, who came down from B.C. We also got to visit with Angela, who had her baby Jacob 3 weeks earlier. After giving us a tour of our alma mater with all of it's changes, Auntie Jessica took care of Vincent while we went to the wedding of an old volleyball teammate. It was a lot of fun seeing old friends, Darcie, Sara and Debbee.
Vincent is less than two months older than little Jacob who was born a few weeks early. I'm sure next time we see him they'll be closer in size. He was so cute and tiny.Vincent was a great travel companion. He slept great on the plane and at night. He rarely cried and he loves to smile and chat. He is such a joy to have around.
Daniel hung out with George while his mom and brother were away. They like to dress alike and they're both into riding bikes. Daniel will be two in a couple months. He loves to be outside. More and more often he just hangs out in the backyard for longer periods. He's content finding things to occupy him like my garden. He's talking more and more. This week he's really starting to combine words like saying "bye daddy" instead of just "bye." We keep trying to get him to count to three, but it's still "two, one, two."

That picture of vincent is the first one where I've thought he looks just like Daniel. You look beautiful all dressed up :)
Yeah! I found your blog again. Jacob is so tiny in that picture. You are right, he has grown. Can't wait to see you at Thanksgiving.
